Eagle's Haven Bed and Breakfast
|
Tracing its roots back to 1901, Eagle's Haven Bed and Breakfast has been described as one of Joseph's most
beautiful colonial style homes.
At Eagle's Haven Bed and Breakfast you'll have the choice of four exquisitely appointed rooms and be able to
enjoy fresh mountain air and breathtaking views of the Wallowa mountains - Oregon's "Little Switzerland".
The Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, Eagle Cap Wilderness, and Hells Canyon Recreation Areas provide spectacular scenery, hiking, fishing, and
big game hunting.
The Mt. Howard Tramway, wisks visitors up from 4500 feet to 8150 feet for spectacular views of Wallowa Lake and the Eagle Cap Wilderness.

Joseph is rightly famed for its galleries, museums and bronze foundries. Eagles Haven was owned until 2006 by
David Manuel,
one of the premier sculptors working in bronze today and acclaimed as the official "John Wayne Family" bronze sculptor (yes, that John Wayne).

|
|
Joseph is not just a summer destination, in the winter activities such as cross country skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing are popular.

Your hosts Roy and Connie Collier warmly welcome you to the Eagle's Haven Bed & Breakfast and sincerely hope you'll become regular
"Eaglets"; returning often to their aerie away from home.
