Oregon by Kayak is based in the delightful coastal town of Yachats (pronounced YAH- hots) and is situated almost at the midpoint
of Oregon's 400-mile coastline.
Owner and lead guide Andy Small has over 24 years experience in kayaking, with 14 years Sea Kayaking.
He has paddled and navigated rivers all over the United States and abroad, such as in Colorado, Scotland, New Zealand, Mexico,
Belize and Canada.
He is a registered guide with the Oregon State Marine Board, holds a Four Star Certificate from the British Canoe Union
and is trained as a Wilderness First Responder.....MORE

For those who are unfamiliar with the handling of a kayak or manouvering a kayak on the sea, Andy will put your fears at
rest with his down to earth style and encouraging words.
Be prepared to be greeted by harbor seals swimming alongside you or resting sleepily on the rocks along the shore.
Or you may be presented with a show by diving pelicans. Or you may see a raft of otters rolling and playing in the kelp.
Each experience is unique and different!
