Oregon Covered Bridges - Rock O' the Range Bridge, Deschutes County

Oregon's only covered span located east of the Cascade Range.

One of the few covered bridges built in the last twenty years for private use, it was completed in 1963 for about $4,500.

The architectural style is unique to Oregon and was inspired by Lane County's Goodpasture Bridge.



Two miles north of Bend on Highway 97.
The bridge is located on Bowery Lane, west of the highway.
